Floodplain: The southern portions of the Site along the South Branch River Raisin are in the 100-year and 500-year floodplain.
Wetlands: There are several small areas of Freshwater Forested/Shrub Wetland classified as PF01C across the Site totaling 16.96 acres. This classification of wetland primarily surrounds the South Branch River Raisin to the north and south. Additionally, an area of this wetland is located in the north central area of the Site.
Topographic Elevation: Elevation of the site ranges between approximately 715 and 777 feet above sea level.
