Property Description

Tecumseh Business and Technology Campus is a municipally owned and state certified business park comprised of 158 acres of greenfield, development ready land. Over 55 acres of the Campus are pad ready, including city water and sewer on site, easy access to electric and gas and completed geotechnical studies. Tecumseh is centrally located in Lenawee County and offers the charm of a small city while still being within easy driving distance to larger metropolitan areas. This ideal location offers easy access to major highways and airports, two state research universities, several community colleges and countless other metropolitan amenities.

In 2021 the site underwent a comprehensive Tier 1 due diligence review through the VIP program, including a detailed site condition analysis, comprehensive information on utility providers and capacity, and a comprehensive report on site details (full report in the document library below).
