The Site is directly adjacent to Norfolk Southern Railway, 4.5 miles west of New Boston Rail Services Rail Yard, is within 8 miles of Willow Run Airport (YIP), and 14 miles of Detroit Metro Airport (DTW).

Wetlands: Two (2) wetlands are located on the Site adjacent to the North Branch Swan Creek, a Wayne County Drain

Topographic Elevation: Elevation of the Site ranges between 684’ to 687’.
