The Inkster and Goddard Site is a 56-acre, undeveloped site planned for industrial development in the City of Taylor, Michigan. The site is in a strategic location with access to US-24, I94, and I-75 are two, three, and five miles from the site, respectively, and the site is only one mile from Detroit Metro Airport.

- Tedrow loamy fine sand, loamy substratum, 0%-2% slopes (±11.9%)
- Tedrow loamy fine sand, 0%-2% slopes (±4.1%)
Easements: The east line of a DTE overhead line easement runs north-south on the west side of the property, adjacent to Inkster Road
