Property Description
South Hill Business Park is a prime industrial development in Oakland County, MI. The site comprises South Hill Business Park East and South Hill Business Park West. Lots range from 2.93-253 acres available for major users with frontage on Grand River Ave, Milford Road & South Hill Road. This is an exceptional development opportunity in Oakland County’s fastest growing community with flexible zoning, ideal for a variety of uses. 12-15 MW of power is available immediately with the recently completed substation upgrades and new line distribution. DTE and ITC have also purchased two sites in the SHBP to construct a General-Purpose substation capable of producing 125-200 MW of power. The engineering for these projects has been completed, and subject to an identified user, full power could be available in 18-24 months.
In 2023, the site underwent a comprehensive due diligence review through the VIP program, including a detailed site condition analysis, comprehensive information on utility providers and capacity, and a comprehensive report on site details (full report in the document library below).
