Easements:
- Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co. – Two parallel high-pressure natural gas pipelines (20-inch and 26-inch) are located on the site, each being located within a 66-foot wide easement. The pipelines run southeasterly to northwesterly across the east half of the site.
- Lenawee County Drain Easement
T&E Species: There are no endangered species, migratory birds, historic trees, or protected plants or vegetation on the site.
